Hiking in the natural area of Eclépens

Spring is in a hurry this year and already nowdaffodils bloomin the clear deciduous forest outsideEclépens. We invite you to awalk on Sunday 14 March 2021through the beautiful nature.Fredric Norberg will be our guideand he will tell you about this historically interesting area. Fredric is vice-chairman ofVaud-Rando, an association working for hiking tourism in the canton of Vaud.Welcomefor an invigorating break in the pandemic, with good company and nature in its finest spring garb.  Finally!!!

Practical info:We meet atEclépen station, at11:15Train from Lausanne 10:54, arrival 11:14. Or car parking near the station. The plannedthe roundis 4 km, which takes approx. 1 hour net. We take a breakbrought lunch bagduring the hike. It mainly runs on forest paths and has a height difference of +/- 100m. Dress according to the weather and good walking shoes, gym shoes are fine.
